March 2022 Board Meeting Minutes

CRAMBA’s March, 2022 Board Meeting was held on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 8 PM virtually. The meeting was called to order by Brian Lavoie.  Also in attendance: Wade Robbins, Marc Padin, Chris Westerlund, Michael Roman, Fran DiPietro, John Knight, Kevin Gorman, Steven Trecapelli, and John Garland.  Minutes recorded by John Garland.

Motion passes to be a sponsor for MISCA.

Membership: 69 Renewals this year.

Discussion of a monthly email, Spring membership drive and other updates to our current system.

Trails: Trail day scheduled for 3/19 @ 9:30 AM to work on connector between BMN and AO, meet at Lake George entrance to Bald Mountain North.

Signage available/delivered to some newer trails in Cramba system, displaying the "Ride dirt not mud trails" messaging.

Events: Cramba continued discussions of events and has appointed lead roles to oversee the Massive Fall Out, Addison Oaks Fall Classic XC race, a Cramba Trail Challenge, and a Earth Day commute challenge. More info/details to be published soon. We will also be announcing a membership raffle of a few items! Stay tuned.
